Mika Collections (Pty) Ltd Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver our denim book bags directly to your doorstep anywhere in South Africa using reliable local courier services. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Rates & Destinations

Main Centres: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R120 (e.g., Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein).
Regional & Outlying Areas: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of R120.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over R 1500.
International Shipping: We currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. We do not ship or process orders on weekends or public holidays.
Main Centre Delivery: Takes 2 to 4 business days from the dispatch date.
Regional/Outlying Delivery: Takes 3 to 7 business days from the dispatch date.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Unforeseen Delays & Service Disruptions

While we and our courier partners aim to deliver on time, delivery timeframes are guidelines and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather, transport disruptions, high-volume seasonal periods (like Black Friday/Christmas), or unexpected logistical challenges. We will communicate any significant delays directly to you.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note this on the courier's delivery slip before signing, take photos of the unopened box, and email us at mikacollections01@gmail.com within 24 hours.
Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated window and the tracking link has stalled, please notify us so we can open an investigation with the courier company.
